​Following on from our highly successful ONLINE Talent Time at Home in May/June this year, ROAR Academy is thrilled to announce their JANUARY Workshop will be -
 
Thomas Armstrong-Robley’s YOUNG TALENT TIME
 
We are so very lucky that the COVID situation has given us the gift of Performance Professionals right here in Brisbane to work with our students this January – a warm welcome home Tom.

To give you context around this workshop - do you remember JOHNNY YOUNG’s Young Talent Time from the 70’s and 80s on television? This show spear-headed a plethora of amazing Australian talent – Jamie Redfern, Debra Byrne, John Bowles, Danii Minogue, Tina Arena, Jane Scali and Karen Knowles to name a few…Young Talent Time - Musical Medley by the Young Talent Team - 1982 - Bing video

 Running from 9am-4pm Monday January 4th to Friday January 8th this will be a great opportunity for young superstars to really work on their individual talents.

There will be intensive workshopping of solo and small group vocals and also group song and dance numbers.

Thomas will be joined by guest industry professionals – including Rachael Ward - to assist with the personal development of the students in their triple threat skills.

And then there will be performances on Jan 8, 9 & 10 concluding the workshop.
 
So if you have a performing superstar at home (between the ages of 8 and 16yrs) – send them along and let them become a STAR for the week.

COST - $200 for CURRENT ROAR Academy students (enrolled in Term 4 2020) / $250 for new students (EARLY BIRD special if paid by DEC 31 - $175 for ROAR Students / $225 for NEW students)
 
WHERE – at THEATRE 102, 102 Anzac Ave, Redcliffe (near the Redcliffe Hospital)
 
WHEN – January 4-8 from 9am to 4pm daily (Friday will start at 1pm ahead of the evening performance)
 
PERFORMANCES – Jan 8 and 9 at 7pm and Jan 10 at 4pm
